1. Acceptance of Terms

• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds or cryptocurrency to your Account balance.
• "Investment Plan" means any of our investment tiers: Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures.
• "ROI" means Return on Investment.
• "Copy Trading" means the automated copying of trades from experienced traders.
• "Wallet" means your Platform balance and transaction management system.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account to an external wallet or bank account.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

5. KYC & Verification

5.1 Verification Requirements

To fully access Platform services, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID)

• Selfie photo for identity verification
• Additional documents as requested for enhanced verification

5.2 Verification Process

6.4 Deposit Confirmation

• All deposits are automatically verified on the blockchain
• No manual receipt upload required
• You will receive email confirmation upon successful deposit
• Funds are immediately available after blockchain confirmation

6.5 Failed or Incorrect Deposits

• Deposits to incorrect addresses cannot be recovered
• Always verify wallet address before sending
• Expired payment invoices (>30 minutes) will not be credited
• Contact support immediately if deposit fails to credit

• Trades are automatically replicated in your account
• You maintain control over risk settings and stop-loss levels
• You can stop copying at any time

8.2 Copy Trading Risks

• Past performance of traders does not guarantee future results
• You may experience losses even when copying successful traders
• Market conditions can change rapidly
• Slippage may occur during volatile markets

8.3 Trader Verification

• Expert traders undergo performance verification
• Historical performance data is provided for reference
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of trader statistics
• Conduct your own due diligence before copying

8.4 Your Responsibilities

• Monitor your copy trading positions regularly
• Ensure sufficient balance for trade execution
• Understand the risks before enabling copy trading
• Set appropriate risk management parameters

9. Withdrawals

9.1 Withdrawal Methods

• Cryptocurrency withdrawal to external wallets
• Bank transfer (subject to verification)
• Supported cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TRX, BNB, DOGE

9.2 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: $50 USD equivalent
• Daily limit: Varies by verification level
• Unverified accounts: $500 daily limit

9.3 Processing Time

9.4 Withdrawal Verification

10. Fees & Charges

• No fees on losing trades

We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice via email and platform announcement.

• Engage in fraud, market manipulation, or deceptive practices

12.2 Platform Abuse

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission
• Attempt to manipulate prices or trading systems
• Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineer or decompile Platform software

12.3 Account Misuse

• Share your account credentials with others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use someone else's payment methods

12.4 Security Violations

• Attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Harvest user data without authorization

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 Platform Ownership

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software code and algorithms
• Trade names and trademarks
• Design elements and user interface

are owned by Apex Swift Trade and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Platform for personal use
• View and download content for informational purposes

13.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display Platform content
• Modify or create derivative works
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX SWIFT TRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Losses due to market volatility or trading decisions
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Swift Trade, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

15. Account Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting customer support
• Following account closure procedures
• Withdrawing all funds before closure

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• Your account poses security risks
• You provide false information

15.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to Platform services will be revoked
• Pending transactions may be cancelled
• Funds in good standing will be returned (minus applicable fees)
• We may retain records as required by law

15.4 Survival

Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
